Athlete to Coach Ratio: 6:1

Groups/Rotations:
Athletes will be placed in 1 of 6 (tentatively) groups based on skill level and age provided in registration. Each day, structured rotations for each event will have a specific focus to break down the mechanics of the event and ensure that our campers are learning and enhancing their technique, as opposed to having a significant amount of open time. We will, however, provide an adequate amount of time for athletes to be able to work on skills in an open gym setting. We will also have Dance and Speed & Agility or Strength & Conditioning rotations at each camp.

Is lunch and/or snack provided for the athletes? If so, what will they have?
Yes! Lunch and snack are provided for the athletes for each day of camp. In the past, we've brought in a variety of lunch options, including: Chipotle, Firehouse Subs, Olive Garden, Local BBQ, Logan's Roadhouse, Pub Subs, and more! For snacks and drinks we provide things like water, Gatorade, Capri Suns, Goldfish, Rice Krispy Treats, Cheez-its, and more!

What time does camp start each day?
Typically, check-in will begin at 8:30 am on day 1 (and 3 during the summer) and warm-up at 9:00 am. Day 2 will start either a half-hour or an hour later, depending on the location and number of athletes. This may not be the case for every single camp. We will update all athletes and parents as needed.

If I’ve signed up already, how will I know any important information needed for camp?
We will send out a welcome letter with all the information you need to know the week before camp starts!

Can parents stay and watch?
Yes, parents are allowed to stay and watch if they wish. However, seating and space is limited and may vary by location.

The groups are created before camp to best accommodate for the athletes needs and spacing. Otherwise, switching groups will be kept to a minimum.
